Focal Point Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Focal Point

Customers Fault Description : Needs spring repair as in your Job Timeline (Ref: 8422-20) plus replacement battery

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a mangled battery terminal.  The terminal was reworked which restored full functionality.

A CR2025 Energizer battery will be supplied fitted on return.
