Battery display flashing. Opened up and checked the 7133-1 regulator found to be at 5.2v. Returning further to our conversation today
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator.  The voltage regulator and battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
