Customer's Fault Description
the stopped working on it ages ago and now it has stopped working completely. Hopefully a cleanup of the connections will fix it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Velux remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power and also the clock would not advance.
The power issue was found to be due to one of the terminals having corrosion from a battery leak and the other terminal was impacted.
The corroded terminal was replaced and then the other re-formed. This restored consistent power to the remote.
We cannot repair the clock functionality.
