Customers Fault Description : Remote seems to be dead even after changing battery

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This garage door remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to faulty buttons.  Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
