RCS01C Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The fire does not respond to the rc. I have changed the batteries but still no improvement.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This heater remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

Unfortunately there was signs of a battery leak, when the remote was opened, the PCB was found to have suffered a large amount of battery acid corrosion, due to the amount of damage a repair is not possible.
