B-63600 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : B-63600
Customers Fault Description : Control will not lower flame to minimum. All other button functions are ok. The lower flame button light on the control does not illuminate when the button is pressed, the other three buttons do. So fire will only operate on maximum flame setting.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Flavel Emberglow Classic RC Gas Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing the bottom right button was nonresponsive. All 4 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
