Tempur Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Tempur
Customers Fault Description : Put new battery in but does not work. I think a small part is broken as it does not seem to hold the battery securely.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control for a Tempur single bed arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead with a very loose battery housing.
The terminals were found to be impacted. These were reworked which restored full functionality.
