Customer's Fault Description
Remote does not connect to receiver.. I have renewed the batteries in both the remote control and the receiver, to no effect. The sender appears to be working's the temperature is on display. I have removed batteries for posting. I will send both the sender and receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to not transmit a signal.
This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset itself. Once the transducer was replaced full functionality was restored.
No fault was found with the receiver itself.
