Customer's Fault Description
The remote switches the fire on OK but will not turn it off, (the return button?). NB It was repaired in June, ref. RF 22050. Worked OK to begin with. I have not enclosed the battery which I hope is OK.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal.  The remote was then tested over a weekend at random intervals with no issues being replicated.
