Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Mertik Maxitrol

Customers Fault Description : The remote switches the fire on OK but will not turn it off, (the return button?). NB It was repaired in June, ref. RF 22050. Worked OK to begin with. I have not enclosed the battery which I hope is OK.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal.  The remote was then tested over a weekend at random intervals with no issues being replicated.
