Customers Fault Description : Remote not working at all

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Acoustic Solutions Remote for an aluminium BT Bluetooth Speaker arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a break in the print around the IR LED.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
