Pressing any top buttons, light on remote turns on, no shutter operation, changed battery, still the same.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Roller Shutter Remote PDT KF04-433RC arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation, the codeset being transmitted was consistent with this model.

The customer is requested to try to pair the remote with the receiver on return (this is something we cannot do as it needs to be in the vicinity of the receiver)
