Customers Fault Description : Remote was accidentally dropped and the battery spring connector fell out and was mistakenly discarded. Apart from that remote in excellent condition.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing weas dead due to missing battery terminals. The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
