Pureglow electric fire Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Doesn’t switch on or respond

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty IR LED. Once the LED was replaced full functionality was restored.
