Winter warm Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Winter warm

Customers Fault Description : Won't switch the heater on. I have changed the batteries

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Winterwarm remote control arrived safely and on testing was found ot be dead.

A complete component test was carried out and unfortunately it seems that the issue is the main IC which is encased under a black blob of resin making a repair not possible.
