Customer's Fault Description
Despite replacing the battery for a new one - twice, the battery light is still flashing and showing low battery. The remote control won't talk to the receiver and turn the fire on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator.  The voltage regulator and battery cable were both replaced which restored full functionality.
