Customer's Fault Description
Remote Control is not working. We have tried changing the battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Cooker Hood remote control arrived safely and on inspection the PCB was found ot be loose inside the remote control (see image). Due to this misalignment the buttons were not touching the button caps meaning that the buttons would not activate.
The PCB was hot glued into place which restored full functionality (see image)
