Customer's Fault Description
Remote control was dropped and I have been unable to put it together again.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to rattle when shook.

On opening the remote was assembled incorrectly.  The remote was reassembled but then it was found that the terminal bar was slightly bent making a connection not possible.  This was re-formed which then restored full functionality.  A battery will be supplied fitted on return.
