HSL Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : HSL

Customers Fault Description : Cable started falling apart. Tried taping up... worked ok for a while. Now remote has stopped working, pressing any of the buttons lighs up the whole remote, but does not move the chair.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable.

A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).  The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
