Customer's Fault Description
Cable started falling apart. Tried taping up... worked ok for a while. Now remote has stopped working, pressing any of the buttons lighs up the whole remote, but does not move the chair.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable.

A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).  The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
