Customer's Fault Description
The remote activates when the relevant button is pressed but constantly turns off after only about 30 seconds ?? Sometimes more, sometimes less but it is very frustrating. We have been recommended to you by fellow caravanners.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan Motor Mover Remote Control arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power.
One of the terminal pairs was found to be rusted from a possible battery leak (see image). This was causing the intermittent power connection. The terminal pair was replaced which restored full functionality.
