Customers Fault Description : Battery indicator shows low battery even with new battery. Will not communicate with Gas fire.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing weas found to have a faulty voltage regulator. Once the regulator was replaced full functionality was restored.
