Infinity Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Infinity
Customers Fault Description : The spring on the right hand side in the battery compartment is loose and doesn’t hold the battery in place right so the remote stops working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Gas fire remote controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have impacted battery terminals making the power source intermittent.
The terminals were hot glued firmly back into position which restored full functionality.
