Customer's Fault Description
The button to turn the gas flow up does not work. The bottom button (to turn the gas flow down) does work so I know its not the receiver on the fire itself.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning on both channels with our test receiver.  The remote was then tested over a 24 hour period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.

It is most likely that the issue is with the receiver itself.
