Customer's Fault Description
Light button works but the fan on / off and + / - does not work, think something the circuit board is loose and therefore only works from time to time
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Kitchen extractor remote control arrived safely and on testing was found ot have intermittent buttons due to the PCB mounting pin being broken allowing the PCB to move freely inside.
The PCB was hot glued into place which restored full functionality.
