Customers Fault Description : The top reset button is becoming temperamental
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have badly worn button contacts.
Replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
