Customer's Fault Description
Battery contact wire detached. Soldered it back on but the gas fire would not turn on and was beeping indicating a fault
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspectio nwas dead due to a damaged battery cable.  The cable was replaced which restored full functionality.

The remote was tested with our test receiver with no issues being present.
