Mertik Maxitril Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Mertik Maxitril
Customers Fault Description : Every two or three years we have to replace the receiver as it fails to ignite the pilot light. Engineer replaced everything two years ago only to find the receiver to be the issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on initial testing was found to not respond. The remote was "paired" with the receiver and then the receiver would respond to the remotes commands.
As the communication protocol is working as normal this item has been classed as no fault found (we only deal with the communication side of the items)
