Caple Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Caple
Customers Fault Description : RC001 - I've seen that you've fixed these before. Build quality is rubbish so the board doesn't match up with the buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the PCB was found to be lose inside due to the mounting pin being broken. Thew PCB was hot glued firmly into position.
A Duracell 12v battery will be supplied fitted on return.
