Carter Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Carter

Customers Fault Description : Buttons faulty and battery holder

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Brake tester remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced as pares are not available).

On testing the buttons were found to be intermittent.  This was due to worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued under each button which restored full functionality.
