Velux Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The device is not turning on, even after trying new batteries. I believe you have fixed something similar in the past

This Integra KLR200 Remote for Velux electric windows arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. The terminals had signs of a battery leak. There was a blown smd which once replaced restored full functionality.
