Customers Fault Description : Not working and lights stay on all the time and chair not moving.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Reclining armchair arrived safely and on inspection was found to have an intermittent LED. This LED was replaced, and the rest of the remote was tested as ok.
