Customers Fault Description : Buttons and screen won’t work

This Boiler heating control arrived safely and on inspection was found to rattle when shook, there is a chip in the plastic case at the top of the handset were non responsive.,
On opening this was found to be due to all 3 buttons being broken away from the PCB. These were refitted and the screen hot glued into place.
Full functionality was restored.
