Customer's Fault Description
No buttons working after changing batteries. There was a slight leak from one of the changed batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.  The terminals did have signs of a battery leak.  The terminal was cleaned.

We are not charging for a repair in this case as the remote was working on arrival.
