Vibraform Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Vibraform
Customers Fault Description : Remote dropped on floor and some of buttons, particularly all of the raise buttons are no longer showing the red power light flashing when pressed and there is no response from the bed. Pressing the lowering buttons does cause the bed controller relay to click, but since the bed is fully lowered, the motor does not operate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Adjustable bed remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on all button presses.
The remote was opened to check for defects, there was signs of corrosion, but this was not causing an issue.
The bottom middle button was also found to be stiff which "might" have caused an issue but without seeing the fault it's impossible to know.
