Customer's Fault Description
Got an remote control for our caravan tried to put a new battery 9V 6F22 but does not come on green the terminals inside do not connect to the battery tried quite a few times but no luck
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery clip was found to have part of a previous battery "welded" to one of its terminals. This appears to be from a damaged battery that has leaked.
The entire battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
