Quad Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Quad
Customers Fault Description : It suddenly stopped working. Cannot see any light from the led using camera on mobile phone. Have tried new batteries without success.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a blown IR LED, once replaced full functionality was restored.
