Customer's Fault Description
Remote does not turn on with power button. Brand new batteries have been installed. I have tried using WD40 Contact Cleaner.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

The negative terminal was found to have broken away from the PCB, once refitted full functionality was restored.
