Quattro EGO400 Titanium Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Quattro

Model : EGO400 Titanium

Customers Fault Description : Remote does not turn on with power button. Brand new batteries have been installed. I have tried using WD40 Contact Cleaner.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

The negative terminal was found to have broken away from the PCB, once refitted full functionality was restored.
