Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Fire will turn down/off but not up/on.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote control was found to be transmitting as per normal on both the up and down channels.

The receiver unfortunately has suffered a battery leak which makes a repair not possible.
