Bellfire Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : All buttons appear to be working. Double click function does not seem to be working but not a big problem for us. However worrying rattle as discussed with you on the phone
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to rattle. When opened this was due to the vanity metal plate being loose inside the case.
This was hot glued firmly into place. No issue could be found with the buttons (it might be that the metal plate was shorting parts of the remote inside). The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
