Customers Fault Description : All of a sudden response has become very slow sometimes does not respond at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal operation on all buttons.
The remote was tested over a 2-day period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
The code being transmitted was confirmed to be correct on each button and consistently correct.
