Customers Fault Description : Casing broken and springs inside battery housing missing
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This External Heater arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available).
The terminals were also found to be missing causing the remote to be dead.
The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality. A clone was also supplied.
