Customer's Fault Description
Was working, moving caravan, then I moved the car and think it went off and then seemed to lock up all red lights on , but wouldn't work, removed battery to shut off. Checked and replaced battery and wouldn't switch on (it did very briefly )
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not respond to its twin power button press.
This was due to worn button contacts, once replacement conductive pads were glued into place full functionality was restored.
