Customers Fault Description : This broke and was found on the floor in bits. There is a button missing and it doesnt work.I would appreciate your assessment. Many thanks.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Valor remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to be partially open with a button being missing.

The remote was opened and a small crack was found near the IR LED.  The print was reworked and then the missing button replaced.

 Full functionality was restored.
