Customers Fault Description : Cable to remote has been chewed through Just needs replacement cable Have sent the detatched remote and remaining cable with end to attach to chair

This Riser recliner chair remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a severed cable. The cable was refitted by soldering directly to the PCB.
