Customers Fault Description : The remote does not turn on the TV
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. The battery in the remote was found to be totally drained. When a new battery was inserted the remote was found to function as per normal operation.
