This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent button response. This was due to internal damage within the button facia, unfortunately these facias are not available as spares making a repair not possible.
We were able to create a 7 button clone with the requested buttons picked by the customer. Please see the image bellow for the clone and its button mapping.
