Customers Fault Description : Battery terminals need to be replaced and overhaul this whole remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Massage chair remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing a terminal pair and the battery cover, also one of the existing terminals was deformed.
The deformed terminal was replaced and then the missing terminals replaced. This restored full functionality.
A replacement battery cover was also supplied as one was found in our scrap bin.
