Customers Fault Description : The remote control has just completely stopped working. At first I thought it was the battery that had gone, but having replaced the battery over 6 times, I realised the remote has just stopped working. No button works. It doesn’t activate the fan and lights above my job anymore and therefore I cannot use them
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal on each button press with a strong RF signal being present.
