Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Have replaced batteries in remote and in receiver but not working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation with our receiver.

The customers receiver unfortunately has suffered a major battery leak which has deemed a repair not possible.
