Customer's Fault Description
All buttons are not working as you can’t turn the system off or change the volume. It was working fine then just stopped working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Sony Av system remote control arrived safely and on testing the "Standby" and "Volume" buttons were non functioning.
On opening there was contamination over the effected buttons (see image). The PCB and buttons were cleared of all contaminants and then replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full funcoitnality.
