Customers Fault Description : Screen blank renewed batteries screen still blank

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This heater remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

On opening there was SMD component found to have broken away from the PCB, this was relaced which restored full functionality.
